We are a church that believes in the power of prayer. Prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16), the Bible commands us when we are anxious to bring it to prayer (Philippians 4:6-7), we are to pray continually (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18), and that the Lord is near to all who call on him (Psalms 145:18).
Prayer Ministry
One of the most important ministries at Harvest is our prayer ministry.
Prayer Request?
One of the greatest blessings of being part of a church family is knowing you never have to walk through life alone. If you have a prayer request—or a testimony of answered prayer—you’d like to share, please use the form below. Our dedicated prayer team will lift up every request in prayer with complete confidentiality.
Join the Online Prayer Team
Are you interested in being a part of the team that prays for the needs that are submitted? Send us a message below and let us know you would like to join.
Prayer During Services
During the weekend services we have a prayer team that meets in the prayer room after the services. The prayer room is located on the right side of the sanctuary. If you have a need or a request, or simply just need prayer, you are invited to join us on the weekend and a pastor or a prayer team member will pray with you.
Grandparents in Prayer
There is a team of Grandparents that meet a few times a month on Saturday afternoons to pray for their children and grandchildren, and the needs of the church. You can see when they meet next here.
40 Days for Life Prayer
The Prayer Team would like to invite you and your families to come out and join us for a time of prayer during the “40 Days For Life” prayer initiative that will be taking place all over our Nation. Our hope as a Body of believers is to fast and pray for mothers and their unborn babies and to end abortion.
Join us for a time of peaceful prayer in front of Planned Parenthood at 2930 Lake Avenue. Harvest Fellowship will meet in front of Planned Parenthood on the sidewalk, Friday, September 26th from 5-6 p.m.
National Day of Prayer
Each May there is a National Day of Prayer service that meets on the first Thursday of the month and it is an extended time of prayer for each other, our nation, the church, and more.
Mens & Womens Breakfast
Our Men’s Ministry and Women’s Ministry both have monthly breakfasts with a time of teaching and a time to pray for one another. It is a great opportunity to come and have brothers and sisters in Christ pray for you.
