Scripture tells us that the Lord will not break a bruised reed or snuff out a smoldering wick. In Luke 7:36-50, we discover that Christ is filled with compassion and love for the sinner who comes to Him with a broken and contrite heart. We also see that Jesus is willing to reach out and break through to those of us who still wrestle with a condemnatory spirit.
Jesus commands us in His Word to "love your neighbor as yourself." The real question is who is my neighbor? Is it just the person that lives next door to us, or is it the oppressed that live on the other side of the world? Join us as we welcome Joe Mann as he shares about his ministry with Destiny Rescue.
Ready, Not Ready
Jesus said that there were certain signs that will indicate the closeness of His return. But recognizing the signs and being ready for the close of the age are two very different things. In Jesus’ parable of the ten virgins, five young women are called “wise” and five, “foolish” based on their preparedness. How can we know with certainty that we are ready for the coming Day that is ahead?
Join us as Pastor Paul Mowery interviews Joe Mann, a missionary with Destiny Rescue. Destiny Rescue exists to Rescue, Restore, Protect, Empower and be a Voice for the Voiceless. Our vision is to see the sexual exploitation and trafficking of children end in our lifetime.

We have been reconciled to God and given new life through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. How does the fact God did everything to initiate reconciliation with us affect the way we pursue reconciliation when conflicts occur in the Body of Christ? Do we pursue justice, rights, or something altogether different?
