The Gospel of Mark for Understanding the World of Islam Can you believe that Islamic people have the same mindset as the Markan audience? Mark’s invitation is strong and persuasive to believe in Jesus’ manhood as well as His Godhead. Their honest pursuit and our evangelistic efforts can play a vital role in revealing to them the true image of our Savior and Redeemer, removing and dispelling their misconceptions about His Lordship! The purpose of this study is study the Gospel of Mark to prepare the followers of Jesus Christ, so they would be able to approach the people of other faiths, specifically Islam, by keeping in view the goal of helping them to remove their misconceptions about the deity of Jesus Christ. The class will be taught by Jamil Sadiq and will begin on April 6th and end on June 8th (9 weeks). The class will not meet on Easter (April 20th).
